My Weight Loss Journal

Our hope, by designing this 8 week, 80 page, Coil Bound Journal, is that we can assist and support you
in your quest to reach your weight loss goal.

Our Journal contains:

     Weekly charts to aid you in tracking your progress by recording your weekly weight and measurements.

     Daily/weekly charts for recording your food choices, water intake, and time spent in exercise.

     A journaling page for each day.

The week numbers were left blank to make it easier for you to
incorporate and adapt this journal into your current weight loss program.

We've included scripture verses, poems, and quotes that we believe will benefit you,
and encourage you to stay dedicated to your goal.
